Our clients don't operate in a vacuum and hence it's important to 'know thy enemy'. Competitor research focuses on learning about each of the major competitors. Consumer Research

Strategy Creation

Once research has been conducted, our team then assembles the strategy for the launching, testing, and ongoing optimization of the campaign. This requires determining the goals and outlining a specific roadmap to achieve these goals.

Establish Metrics In establishing the campaign goals with our client, key metrics are agreed upon such as test budget, cost per user, number of users per day. The campaign roadmap is created around achieving these desired metrics.

An extensive 30 and 90 day roadmap is built out providing each action to be taken, when it is to be taken and expected result. Each calendar quarter, our search team will work with our client to establish a new roadmap for the upcoming quarter. The roadmap is the schedule for our search team to work from.
